What I Am Reading Now: The Few and the Proud
I find this book utterly fascinating. It amazes me how the Marine Corps brings in its fresh new recruits, breaks them down, then builds them back up into the toughest people on earth. This book allows drill instructors both past and present to explain the methodology they have used to transform these men and women into consummate professionals.
